These images are from my children's book 'Lazy Lucy' which I wrote and illustrated.
Despite the battle between the effort involved and my total laziness I really enjoy screen printing and the surprising outcomes you can achieve.
This is a pic of my time in America working in the arts department at a summer camp. I hope to get back into good old fashioned painting over the summer!
For me the most exciting part of being an illustrator is allowing myself complete artistic freedom and to watch my work evolve and go in different directions. I enjoy using a variety of media and I think I have a flexible approach to work which is not pre-determined to any one particular style...
